Golden Grove presented an opportunity for staged, strategic transformation. Engaged to develop a concept design package aligned with rolling capital expenditure, we created a long-term vision that could be delivered progressively as budgets were released.

Working closely with the centre team and the allocated funds for the current year, we prioritised high-impact, atmosphere-driven upgrades. Two bespoke furniture pods with integrated planting and suspended lighting were designed by us to create moments of pause and soften the retail environment. Earthy-toned planters were selected and installed at entrances and throughout the mall to draw landscape inward and enhance customer experience. Columns near the food court were clad to add warmth and visual cohesion within a busy zone.

We also prepared a detailed design development package for a staged amenities refurbishment, a considered facelift focused on elevating perception, comfort and longevity rather than full redesign.
